Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first. Once your return is approved, place a new order separately for the replacement item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, with no justification needed. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not receive it within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at ds.chineselogics@gmail.com.
